Patiently waiting… When I initially conceived of the Vaalbara concept, I was still living in Berkeley, CA. Being back in New York City, balancing all the other realities of life, my business plan and overall concept for Vaalbara has slowly been taking shape. This website, blog, video blog, and community space is my outlet for launching and introducing a cutting edge food concept to you. In the next few days, I hope to complete the foundation for the site. From there, I will launch the Vaalbara video business plan and micro-lender investment program.
