Vaalbara Download the Vaalbara Micro-Lender Membership Program Vaalbara

The Micro-Loan Concept
Our approach to business financing is more dynamic than the standard institutional investor or bank loan model. We want our financing, in some ways, to mirror our business concept for establishing a community-centric food and music restaurant. Accordingly, we developed this Membership Program so that a community of supporters can contribute, through a micro-loan arrangement, to the start-up and long-term success of the Vaalbara concept. The micro-loan is structured as a non-recourse, unsecured loan guaranteed by the business. It offers a fixed interest rate of return along with non-discretionary quarterly payments on principal. Additionally, the micro-loan grants you membership into Vaalbara – an exclusive community of members that receive numerous privileges including a complimentary yearly dining card, at-cost dining options, periodic newsletters, our record label-affiliated music releases, merchandise discounts, VIP event access, and perhaps most importantly, a sense of community support in a concept you believe in.

Micro-Loan Contribution Plateaus
The micro-loan memberships are available in the amounts of $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000 increments. Micro-loan amounts above these categories will be considered on a case-by-case basis. At each level, member privileges are expanded and increased.
